A HOT but GORGEeous weekend spent on retreat with our Y+B community in the Hood River area. New and old friends joined us from all over the PNW, Idaho, California, and even England, for yoga practices in a hobbit hole, soaking time, sound healing, wine tasting, paddling, local beers, delicious food and connecting with each other. Being as intentional off the mat in our time spent with ourselves and each other, as we are on the mat in practice.
