Weekly Yoga Schedule
All of my studio classes are offered virtually and in-person. Each week, I teach an all levels class at Noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thusrdays, and an intermediate practice at 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, all classes are recorded for practicing at times that work for you. Virtual, in-person and recorded practices can be accessed via Resonance Yoga Collective, my studio and online yoga home and collaboration with Chantal Barton Yoga. Check it out here.Β
In-Person classes are offered on a sliding scale drop in of $5-20. Virtual classes on a sliding scale of $0-$15. Memberships are also available, with full details here.
