Just shy of 45 minutes, without savasana. This Level 2 flow yoga class builds to Crow Pose (Bakasana), but never requires you to actually take flight if you don’t want to. The flow will build the awareness, strength and space necessary for Crow Pose – meaning that for those of you who aren’t interested in arm balances, this is a core and hip focused class that will be enjoyable whether or not your feet leave the ground.

After a beautiful weekend with our @yogaandbeer community on retreat, I jammed home to put the finishing touches on our @resonanceyogacollective space. Our studio classes launch tomorrow - and the very first class in our space is my 45 minute lunchtime flow. We only have 3 spots left for in-person or you can join via Zoom. @chantalbartonyoga is teaching at 6pm in studio, while I’m leading Y+B at @eolahills Legacy Vineyard. Life is full, but in the most beautiful way possible. My home studio has officially been boxed up and moved downtown. Musketeer and Shanti are a little sad about it - but that means it is almost time to be together again in-person. And almost time for me to have my family room back 😂
