This is a 33 minute (including savasana) practice that is just what it sounds like … fluid and flowy. Very little instruction or alignment for those days when you just want to come to your mat and move in a way that inspires you to feel fluid inside and out. Our pace is on the slower side, but our movement is continuous. We’ll dynamically move through twisting lunges, warrior 2, side angle, skandasana, horizon lunge, fallen triangle, wild thing, chair pose and eagle, with a sprinkling of other poses in between. We round things out with pigeon (yes!) and sphinx, before setting into Savasana.

Tunisia did not disappoint. From mindblowing ancient ruins, to beautiful beaches, to unending desert, stunning mosques, winding medinas, and the friendliest people. Eternally grateful to our guide Ridha, for sharing his country with us. To the inspiring women who were my fellow travelers. I am here this week leading my normal schedule at @resonanceyogacollective, and then gone traveling in Tunisia for the next two weeks. Lots of gratitude to michael, @kristenaubertlydon, @newmountainswellness, and @meg.boyd_ for subbing my classes while Iβm gone.
Iβm grateful everyday to live, work, and play in a community that I love. In a community where what you do, which businesses you choose to spend money at, which events you show up for, and where you invest your time all makes a profound impact. And I am mostly grateful to get to be working every day alongside so many awesome humans who love this community as much as I do, and spend their free time making it better for everyone.
