This is a 33 minute (including savasana) practice that is just what it sounds like … fluid and flowy. Very little instruction or alignment for those days when you just want to come to your mat and move in a way that inspires you to feel fluid inside and out. Our pace is on the slower side, but our movement is continuous. We’ll dynamically move through twisting lunges, warrior 2, side angle, skandasana, horizon lunge, fallen triangle, wild thing, chair pose and eagle, with a sprinkling of other poses in between. We round things out with pigeon (yes!) and sphinx, before setting into Savasana.

After years of supporting one another and dreaming of what we could create together, we are finally doing it!! On May 1st, @chantalbartonyoga and I are launching an online yoga studio together. Uniting our teachings, our efforts, and our love of community into a shared space for you, me, and we to gather.
Excited to share some big announcements with you this week ❤️ But I prefer to hint at them on Monday, and dangle them for you until later in the week. 😂
It’s been a bit since I posted a stack. And I know many of you enjoy these. 🤓 Here’s what I’ve been reading lately. Not pictured is The Only Good Indians by Stephen Graham Jones, because it already got snapped up by a friend. The Crocodiles was my first step into a stack of books about or taking place in Egypt in prep for my next adventure ❤️🎉 Now I begin Margaret George’s 1,000 page behemoth on Cleopatra. What are you reading?! #bookstagram #whatshouldireadnext #readingissexy #bookworm #bookstack #ybbookclub
