Four years ago today we were kicking off our first retreat in Kenya … with baby elephants at @sheldricktrust. This July will be our third retreat with @expthevillage in Kenya - and I am so looking forward to safari with @kahuriadanson, visiting our community partners in Mbita and Lamu, sailing on @hippodhow, relaxing at @themoonhouses.lamu, and practicing yoga on the shores of Lake Victoria and on a rooftop looking out toward the Indian Ocean. This retreat is my absolute favorite - I can’t wait to share it with those of you joining us 🙏🏼
They built me a room at @fortomorrowwediebrewing. 😎 The perfect decompression this evening after today’s funeral for my Uncle Bill. For none of us know how long we have, personally, or with the people who define our lives. Let your loved ones know how deeply loved they are.
A full-filling day at @resonanceyogacollective today. I love these Resonance Weekends because @chantals_song and I get to soak up practices and community time in addition to teaching.
